Hazel Rows Terms and Conditions

While we take care to organize and protect your items with staff and security cameras, Hazel Rows is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged inventory. Please contact info@hazelrows.com with concerns.

A $3 weekly supplies reimbursement fee will be deducted from your payout to cover materials such as hangers, tags, and other shop necessities. Participation indicates acceptance of this fee.

Hazel Rows retains 35% of the final sale price.
Sellers retain 65% of the final sale price.
All applicable fees (e.g., credit card processing) are split in the same ratio: 35% Hazel Rows / 65% Seller.
Designer bags consigned will also be at a 35/65% split, with no need to purchase closet for the week.
All designer bags will be authenticated at buyers request.

Commission payouts are issued via Venmo within 7 business days following your last sale day.
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate Venmo details and notifying Hazel Rows of any changes.
Unsold items must be picked up within 48 hours of closet rental end date. After day 9, uncollected items become Hazel Rows’ property for donation or resale. $15 fee deducted from final payout.

Sellers may reschedule their rental to a future week at no additional cost if done at least 48 hours prior to their reservation start.
No refunds are provided on rentals for any reason.

Hazel Rows may apply storewide discounts or promotional pricing. These will affect the total sale amount and will be reflected in the commission split, not applied exclusively to the Seller’s portion. Our goal is to increase store traffic and overall sales, benefitting all Sellers.

By booking a closet, sellers grant Hazel Rows permission to promote their items on our website, social media, and other marketing platforms.

Opt-In to Messages
By opting into Hazel Rows' services, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Hazel Rows, LLC. These may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile number you provide or any other number you designate.
Message Frequency
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Hazel Rows. We reserve the right to adjust message frequency as needed.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for more information.
Consent Not Required for Purchase
Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by texting "STOP". After sending "STOP", you’ll receive a confirmation. To rejoin, simply opt in again.

Data Sharing
Hazel Rows does not share your mobile opt-in data with third parties.
Number Changes
If you change or transfer your number, text “STOP” from the original number or notify us at info@hazelrows.com. Continued use of the messaging service requires this update.
Privacy Policy
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Program Updates
Hazel Rows may update or discontinue its messaging program at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting, and continued participation constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Hazel Rows operates.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between the Seller and Hazel Rows. Any changes must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
Modifications
Hazel Rows reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated to Sellers and apply to future participation.

By participating as a Seller with Hazel Rows, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
