How do I book a closet at Hazel Rows?

  • Click “Book a Closet” on our homepage and choose your preferred rental dates. You can book ADDITIONAL services with your closet booking.

How much will I earn?

  • You keep 65% of your total sales, and Hazel Rows collects a 35% commission. There is a 4% processing fee split between the consignor and Hazel Rows.

What’s the hands free closet?

  • The Hands Free Closet service simplifies clothing management with professional assistance tailored to your needs. We will pick up your items (within 25 miles), tag and price items (according to highest average price online), organize your closet and arrange a seamless take-down process, this service ensures efficiency and convenience, everything is done by us! Bookable as an additional service when booking your closet, it’s designed for individuals seeking a streamlined and stress-free closet solution. We will fit as MUCH as we can into your closet, however, items that do not fit will be set aside for you to pick up. Schedule your session today to experience a hassle-free approach to wardrobe selling.

drop off closet?

  • You drop your clothes off, we will do the rest. Bookable as an additional Service, we will tag, price, hang for you so that your closet will look its best! We will price according the highest average price found online! At the end of the week you can choose to take down your closet or we will take down for you ( pick up within 48 hours) After 48 hours we will donate clothing for you! We will fit as MUCH as we can into your closet, however, items that do not fit will be set aside for you to pick up. We ask that you drop off your closet the THURSDAY or FRIDAY before your appointment.

How do I tag my items?

  • Tag in-store with provided labels and hangers. We will send you a link so that you can upload all your items into our inventory management system at home. When you arrive we will print off stickers for you; just put them on the tags and you’re done!

  • Rent a $15 At-Home Tagging Kit: ( $10 refundable upon return).

  • Feeling lazy? Book the Feeling Lazy Closet and we will price and tag your items for you.

How do I schedule a pick up?

  • Book the “Hands Free Closet”. We will pick up your items (within 20 miles) one week prior to your closet rental, so be sure to plan ahead. We will pick up your items, tag and price items (according to highest average price online), organize your closet and arrange a seamless take-down process, this service ensures efficiency and convenience, everything is done by us! Bookable as an additional service with your closet, it’s designed for individuals seeking a streamlined and stress-free closet solution.

What happens if my items don’t sell?

  • Opt into Discount Days (Day 5: 25% off, Day 6: 25% or 50% off) to increase sales.

  • Pick up unsold items on (Friday) Day 7 to avoid forfeiture or fees.

  • As an additional service, pay $15. We will take down your closet and hold items for 48 hours MAX. After 48 hours, items will be donated.

  • Extend your closet for an additional week by booking a closet online, same as your initial booking.

What does Hazel Rows do for my closet?

  • Provides trained staff to manage sales and promote closets.

  • Organize and display your items.

  • Hosts special events to drive in-store traffic.

  • Provides additional marketing/sales of closet items to online buyers

  • Post items on social media to help drive sales.

How does Hazel Rows market my closet?

  • Social media exposure via Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies.

  • Email and text marketing.

Can I restock items during the week?

  • Yes! Refreshing your closet increases sales potential. Come in at any time during the week to add new items to your closet.

Will Hazel Rows buy my Luxury Handbag?

  • No, but we will consign it for you- this puts more money in your pocket.

  • No closet necessary, just bring your bag in and sign up as a consignor.

Can I place my items in the Glass Case?

  • Yes! If you have a luxury designer handbag or accessory, we ask that you place them in the glass case. If we have room for mid-range luxury you are allowed to use the glass case as well, and we highly encourage you to place our sensors on your items.

Will You authenticate my items?

  • If you have a luxury item that is authentic but do not have papers, yes we authenticate your item.

  • We do not pay to authenticate items under $200 or items that are ‘unknown’ authentic. If you would like us to authenticate an unknown item, or if your item comes back unauthentic, we will charge you the $15 for authentication process.

Can Hazel Rows adjust my price?

  • Hazel Rows may apply storewide discounts or promotional pricing. These will affect the total sale amount and will be reflected in the commission split. Our goal is to increase store traffic and overall sales, benefitting all Sellers. Although this would not be common, we will let consignors know if we plan on running a large promotional event. By signing the contract you agree the these terms of service.
